What You’ll Do

1. Design & prototype – Craft sitemaps, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and clickable prototypes for landing, product, and marketing pages.
2. Translate complexity – Turn intricate financial concepts into clear, intuitive interactions and visuals.
3. Ensure brand consistency – Maintain a cohesive style guide, uphold accessibility standards, and champion UX best practices.
4. Optimize & iterate – QA builds with developers, run A/B tests, mine analytics, and refine flows for higher conversion.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally – Sync daily with engineers, content writers, and founders; present design rationale to stakeholders.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

1. Portfolio power—web or mobile UI/UX projects that show clean layout, hierarchy, and polish.
2. Tool fluency—Figma (primary) plus Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop for assets.
3. Responsive mindset—comfortable with grids, breakpoints, and mobile-first thinking.
4. UX chops—familiar with personas, journey maps, and usability testing.
5. Self-starter energy—clear communicator who drives projects without hand-holding.

Nice-to-Haves (We’ll Coach the Rest)

1. Digital illustration or motion/interaction design.
2. Fintech or SaaS design exposure.
3. Basic front-end know-how (HTML/CSS) to speak dev’s language.

What We Offer

1. Monthly stipend competitive for early-stage internships
2. Duration: 2–3 months (extendable or convertible to full-time).
