Valura.ai is building the GCC's next-generation WealthTech platform, and we're looking for a Compliance Manager who can help us scale with integrity.

This isnt your typical compliance role its about shaping the regulatory infrastructure of an AI-powered investment platform thats redefining how portfolios are managed in the UAE.

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)

Department: Legal & Risk | Full-time

What You'll Do:

* Oversee firm-wide compliance with DFSA, ADGM, and SCA regulations

* Build internal controls, lead audits, and manage licensing documentation

* Work with product and tech teams to embed compliance-by-design

* Translate complex regulations into smart operational policies

* Liaise with regulators, legal advisors, and auditors

* Stay ahead of regional and global financial compliance trends

You're a Fit If You:

* Have 58 years of experience in fintech, asset/wealth management, or banking

* Know the UAE regulatory landscape inside-out (DFSA/SCA/ADGM familiarity is a plus)

* Are excited to help shape compliant innovation in digital finance
